StitchMyDrip is a custom embroidery business specializing in premium embroidered apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, and other garments for individuals, businesses, creators, and organizations.

2. Custom Products

All products sold by StitchMyDrip are made to order according to the specifications provided by the customer.

Customization may include, but is not limited to:

• Names
• Initials
• Logos
• Artwork
• Text
• Thread Colors
• Embroidery Placement
• Embroidery Size

Since every order is custom-made, slight variations in embroidery placement, stitching, thread appearance, fabric texture, or garment color may occur. These variations are a natural part of the embroidery process and are not considered defects.

3. Artwork & Design Responsibility

By submitting artwork, logos, text, or designs, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the submitted content or have permission to use it.
• Your design does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• StitchMyDrip is not responsible for any legal claims arising from customer-supplied artwork.

We reserve the right to reject any artwork that is offensive, unlawful, or appears to violate intellectual property rights.

4. Product Images

Product photographs, mockups, and previews shown on the website are for reference purposes only.

Actual embroidery may vary slightly due to:

• Fabric texture
• Thread sheen
• Lighting
• Screen color settings
• Embroidery technique

These differences are normal and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The applicable price will be the one displayed at the time your order is placed.

6. Payment

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

7. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent after your order has been successfully placed.

Production begins only after:

• Payment is received.
• Artwork is approved (if required).
• All customization details are finalized.

Delays in customer approval may delay production.

8. Production Time

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Order volume
• Product availability
• Public holidays
• Machine maintenance
• Courier delays
• Force majeure events

While we strive to complete orders on time, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

9. Shipping

Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners across India.

Shipping timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, StitchMyDrip is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Since every product is custom embroidered specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
• Color preference
• Design preference
• Personalization requested by the customer
• Incorrect information provided during ordering

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Eligible claims will be reviewed individually.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before embroidery production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content including:

• Branding
• Product Images
• Website Design
• Graphics
• Product Descriptions
• Text

belongs to StitchMyDrip and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal or offensive material.
• Submit copyrighted artwork without authorization.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Misuse or interfere with the website.

14. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Changes become effective immediately after being published on this website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Palghar District, Maharashtra.
